In cooperation with JICA, the Financial Regulatory Commission held “Investor Rights Fund” training course. The participants of the securities market themselves wanted to introduce the concept of the investor’s protection fund, its role, structure and legal formation, and introduce the experience of Japan and other countries.
The introduction of the training course on the management, structure, operations, purpose and coordination environment of the Japanese Investor Protection Fund. In the event of a risk to a securities company, the fund for the purpose of protecting the company’s clients, investors and shareholders is operating through a strict regulatory and supervisory regime.
The FRC is drafting a draft law on the Protection of Rights of Investors within the framework of the fundamental rule of refining Mongolia’s legislation until 2020 and submitting it to the Mongolian State Great Khural.
