According to the decree of the Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Committee, changes of the size and composition on the equity in capital of some companies operating in the securities market have been changed.The Broker dealer companies are regulated by the Financial Regulatory Committee in accordance with Article 24.5 of the Securities Markets Law that it states before any transaction is to made in the amount, structure, and composition of the shareholders capital, broker companies must take grant from the FRC.
According to the above law:
Increase the share capital of Tulgatchandmani bayan LLC and Gauli LLC,
Mire Asset Securities LLC’s owner registered Mire Asset Securities Hong Kong Limited LLC.
This registration is by the FRC’s resolution.
