In order to improve the legal environment of the securities market, Parliament of Mongolia passed Securities Market law /amended version/ and Investment fund law in 2013.
In the years of 2013 and 2014, FRC has approved several rules and regulations related to these laws. 10 principal regulations such as the “Regulation regarding the Securities registration”, “Regulation regarding the Custodian license and functions”, “Regulation regarding the investment management license and functions” have been translated into English.
