“Immovable property and non mortgage assets law” will take effect on 1st of March, 2016 and It is related to the collateral of the assets and non-material assets of the regulated market is regulated by the relevant state control agencies which is regulatory body in its own right.
The Financial Regulatory Commission has been reviewing and recommending regulations related to the lending and pledging of other securities market and IOSCO rules and advisory.
Therefore, the draft “Procedure on securities collateral securities” has been drafted. The draft law provides a variety of arrangements for citizens and legal entities to acquire collaterals in their property, pledge in a brokerage company’s pledge account, and participate in trade.
The draft law is open to discussing the proposals of professional participants and investors, citizens and the public in the securities market.
