According to Company Law, The Board of Directors shall convene the AGM shareholders meeting within four months from the end of the fiscal year or before May 1 of each year.
If the above mentioned meeting was not convened during this period, Board of director’s given rights shall be suspended other than convocation of the EGM shareholders meeting.
Until as of today, list of 52 stock companies have not announced their AGM shareholders meeting.

All shareholders, executives, client organizations and stakeholders to remind that the agreements and contracts entered into after 1st May, it terminated due to the suspension of power of the Board of Directors of these above list of stock companies.
The Financial Regulatory Committee warns list of above Board of Directors of the stock companies, does not have any right to make decisions or to lead the company’s operations other than to announce the shareholders’ meeting.
