“Global-Asset” LLC has had its operational license in the regulated securities market invalidated. Therefore, on the 9th of July, 2015 following the 214th FRC Chairman Decree has established the Working committee to transfer the clients of the “Global-Asset” LLC on the basis of a competitive selection to other licensed companies.
Thus, the companies which are interested in the participation of the selection to transfer the clients of the “Global-Asset” LLC, should submit their sealed documents mentioned in the 3.2 of the “Regulation regarding the transfer of the clients of the brokerage and dealers company with invalidated license” within the 7th of September, 2015 to the Working committee established by the FRC.

Working committee shall decide the submitted documents within 15 working days of the final day of the document receipt and shall transfer the related clients.
